2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days)

5. Delivery Information

Delivery Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
• Include apartment/suite numbers if applicable
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Next Day delivery
• Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped

Delivery Attempts:

• Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
• Signature may be required for high-value orders (over $500)
• Packages may be left with building management or neighbors at carrier's discretion
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 30 days
