2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an
order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking
information once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days)

5. Delivery Information
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
- Include apartment/suite numbers if applicable
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Next Day delivery
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped
Delivery Attempts:
- Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
- Signature may be required for high-value orders (over $500)
- Packages may be left with building management or neighbors at carrier's discretion
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 30 days
6. International Shipping
